"SERVPRO [Perry Hall/White Marsh] saved our home from a major disaster. Their team arrived within an hour of our call after our toilet pipe broke off the wall. Jeff C the crew chief assessed the initial damage and techs Chelsea and mark went to work removing affected woodwork, tile and rolling back carpeting. Blowers and dehumidifiers were set up and the 5 day drying process began. On the second day the owner game to check up on progress and the team removed some tile and more flooring where moisture readings continued to remain high. Every day someone checked in with us to make sure The progress continued. The SERVPRO team was efficient and left our water damaged areas very neat and organized. Definitely would highly recommend Jeff, Chelsea, and Mark to come into your home!"
